Capabilities
Focusing on flat products with continuous investment in plant and people means that we can offer a variety of finishes on multiple products. From small profiles at 600mm square up to large plates 12 metres long by 2 metres wide and 2 tonne piece weight, we have probably the largest capability range in the UK for mechanical polishing of stainless steel and other non ferrous material.

Stainless steel sheet
Stainless steel sheet is cold rolled and available in two mill finishes; either 2B or 2R (more commonly referred to as bright annealed or BA).
Stainless steel plate
Stainless steel plate is typically either cold rolled or hot rolled. Cold rolled material is usually available in thickness 4mm, 6mm and occasionally 8mm.
Stainless steel coil
Stainless steel narrow coil is typically cut to width from larger standard sized coils. We can apply a variety of Grained Finishes onto coil from 100mm wide to 500mm wide with a maximum piece weight of 2.5 tonnes.
Stainless steel flat bar
Flat and Square Bar come in a variety of standard widths and thicknesses but are usually 4000mm long. Produced from either hot or cold material, Flat Bar is either slit and edge rolled or sawn to width.
Square and Rectangular Tube
From bundles of thin wall Square Tube to large rolled hollow sections, we can apply a Grained Finish on all sizes of Square and Rectangular Tube.
Profiles
Profiles are usually cut or sawn from plate to a variety of shapes and sizes. These can include circles, squares and rectangles or be more unusual.
Blanks
Blanks can be produced from cold rolled material in thinner gauges or in heavy duty plate. Typically the term is used to describe flat shapes smaller than one metre square.
Lasercut Profiles
We are very versatile when it comes to processing lasercut profiles from sheet or plate.
