Professional Polishing Services are thrilled to announce that our Managing Director, Kirsty Davies-Chinnock, is now the new Chair of the British Stainless Steel Association.
The BSSA aims to develop and promote the use of Stainless Steels across the UK and Ireland in a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, construction and manufacturing, as well as offering education, training and technical advice in all aspects of using stainless steels.
The exciting news was revealed at September’s fantastic BBSA Annual Conference & Dinner. Kirsty will take over from David Cass, the Managing Director of Anopol Ltd, becoming the 2nd female Chair in the BSSA’s 20+ year history. Kirsty said “I am incredibly proud to follow in David’s footsteps and am looking forward to continuing the promotion of stainless steel as a sustainable material for so many different sectors”
The BSSA Annual Conference & Dinner, which returned for the first time since 2019 to give its members the chance to mingle, network and listen to five fascinating talks, also saw Darren Moult Sr of Stainless Steel Services become the new Vice-Chair.
